Jerry Dudley • Center Manager
As Center Manager, Jerry oversees the management and growth of the Easton Newberry Archery Center. His responsibilities include promoting archery classes, seminars, programs, and events, as well as developing new initiatives to support archery in the Newberry/Gainesville area. Since joining the Easton Foundations in 2021, Jerry has contributed significantly to its success. Initially, he worked as the Events Assistant, where he played a key role in planning and executing high-quality local, state, and national events.
Jerry's strong customer service and administrative skills have been instrumental in achieving steady growth in event participation. Before his role as Events Assistant, he served as the Facility Assistant, where he was responsible for equipment and facility maintenance. Jerry has been a valuable addition to the Easton Newberry Archery Center. His personality and energy have been a great fit with the team, and as manager, he continues to add to the excellence of the Newberry Center. Jerry is a certified Level 2 Coach/Judge through USA Archery.

Robert Regojo • National Programs Manager
Coach Robert Regojo is a USAA Level 4 NTS Coach and the National Programs Manager for Easton Foundations. Robert guides the direction of the national program across its centers with a focus on athlete development and coach training. Robert began his archery career in 2009 at the University of Florida where he competed for and coached the UF Archery Team from 2011 to 2014. During that time, he was ranked 7th nationally in the Men’s Collegiate Recurve and earned a silver medal in Collegiate mixed teams.
After earning his master’s degree in electrical engineering in 2014, Robert joined Easton Newberry Archery Center as a full-time coach. He has worn many hats throughout his tenure with Easton Foundations from lead coach to programs coordinator to center manager. Through it all, Robert has worked tirelessly to develop local athletes and has played a key role in organizing and running state, national, and even world championship events. He has often been the steady hand that kept things running smoothly when challenges arose behind the scenes.
Robert’s coaching focuses on developing tough and resilient athletes, preparing them for any challenges they may face on and off the field. With his analytical background and years of personal experience, he applies a data-based approach to maximize athletic performance, inspiring the next generation and supporting athletes regardless of their goals. Through his holistic approach to athletic training, Coach Robert has trained several athletes to the USA Team, national podium finishes, and top 10 national rankings. Outside of archery, Robert is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys weightlifting, obstacle course races, delicious food, and a good night’s sleep.
Aubrey Webster • Archery Programs Manager
Coach Aubrey Webster is the Programs Manager for Easton Newberry Archery Center and a USAA Level 4 NTS Coach. She supervises and trains the center’s dedicated coaching staff and leads athlete development programs for over 175 weekly students, ranging from entry to competitive-level group classes. Aubrey began coaching professionally in 2016 with Easton Foundations and has coached competitive students to podium finishes at national USA Archery events, top 10 ASA, and top 5 USAT finishes.
In addition to leading group classes and managing coaching staff, Aubrey has been a guest speaker and coach trainer for various USAA events, including presenting at USA Archery’s Coaching Symposium in 2024 and assisting with the Level 4 certification in 2023. She has been a Level 3 NTS Instructor since 2021. Aubrey enjoys growing the coach community and sharing her knowledge.
During her competitive career, Aubrey competed at both the state and national level. Some of her accomplishments were top 10 Junior USAT, top 16 at USA Archery national events, and she set several state records. Aubrey draws on her background of over 13 years of competitive archery experience to create an effective learning environment for her students to grow and succeed. She excels at designing constraints, activities, and drills that highlight her athletes' abilities and help them push past previous limitations. In her free time, Aubrey appreciates a good story, enjoys training her dog and calisthenics, and loves a good cup of coffee or tea.

Michael Pattishall • Archery Coach
Coach Michael Pattishall is a lead coach at Easton Newberry Archery Center and a USAA Level 4 NTS Coach. His archery journey began as a student in 2015, and he quickly developed a deep passion for the sport. With experience across multiple disciplines—including Olympic recurve, barebow, and compound—he enjoys coaching athletes at all levels, from beginners to competitive shooters.
In addition to coaching, Coach Mike mentors aspiring instructors as a Level 1 and 2 Instructor Trainer. When available, he also supports the event staff by helping set up for tournaments, and plays a key role in fostering new ideas to improve events.
Outside of archery, Coach Mike loves reading, traveling, and camping with his family.

Cait Moloney • Archery Coach
Coach Cait Moloney is a lead coach at Easton Newberry Archery Center and a USAA Level 4 NTS Coach. She currently coaches all levels of students from beginner to competitive in both group classes and one-on-one settings. Cait is also a USA Archery Instructor Trainer and leads the center’s USAA Level 1 & 2 Instructor Practical courses throughout the year. Cait is unapologetically enthusiastic about archery and is passionate about sharing her love of sport with everyone she meets. Prior to becoming an archery coach, Cait was an elementary school teacher and worked in public schools for nearly a decade. She has always loved helping others and takes pride in watching her students grow in confidence and skill.
Cait started her archery journey at Easton Newberry Archery Center in July 2020 after falling in love with the sport while chaperoning a school field trip. She quickly progressed through the adult development program and entered the realm of competitive archery in 2021. Over time, Cait transitioned from dedicated volunteer to part-time coach, and in June 2023 made the decision to commit fully to Easton Foundations. Cait still shoots Olympic recurve competitively, when she can—if you’re a regular at the center, you may even catch a glimpse of her training on a rare night off.
When she’s not coaching or training, Cait can usually be found playing tabletop games with friends, dreaming about mountains, or curled up with her cat and a good book.

Alex Avalos • Facilities Assistant
Alex Avalos joined the Easton Newberry Archery Center in 2024, hitting the ground running by assisting with preparations for the 10th Annual Bow Hunter’s Challenge. As a Facility Assistant, Alex helps maintain the center and ensures that every event is set up for success, creating a well-organized and enjoyable experience for athletes. He has recently completed his Level 2 Instructor certification to deepen his understanding of archery, coaching, and event management. Outside of work, he enjoys digital arts, 3D modeling, and animation.
