Details: This seminar is intended to better inform parents, instructors, and archers about the basic concepts of the National Training System (NTS). In this course we will discuss basic technique, key points to proper execution, and how to use mental programming to maximize performance. This course will be a great supplement to our Instructor/Coach Certifications and Competitive Athletes and will emphasize the basics of the shot cycle so that participants can get a better understanding of it's strengths and how to implement them.
