COVID-19 Operational Policies

Phase 4
The presence of the COVID-19 has altered operations of all Easton Foundation’s Archery Center. In this unprecedented time, it is our top priority to ensure the safety of our team and customers. We will be temporarily restructuring our operations to safely maintain our doors open based on a four-phase roll out.
Movement from one phase to the next will be based on risk factors determined by state and local mandates. Transitioning to another phase is not finite, and it is possible to move from a lower to higher risk phase if current data warrants such a move.
Please read below for current restrictions on our services and how we will be handling operational procedures.
Safety Measures:
Social Distancing:
Both employees and customers are recommended to follow 6-feet of social distancing while around unvaccinated individuals.
Personal Protection Equipment:
Easton Foundations will be requiring employees to use approved face coverings indoors or when unable to social distance.
Sanitation Practices:
Increased measure of sanitation practices will ensure the safety of both customers and team members. Public areas and common touch points will be cleaned as needed. Equipment personally handled by customers or staff will be sanitized in between uses.
Program Safety Guidelines
We take the utmost care to make sure students stay safe throughout their stay with us. With that in mind, we will be adding a few procedures to improve overall health safety with students:
All students will receive their very own assigned equipment, this equipment will only be used by that individual for the remainder of the class session
All equipment will be thoroughly sanitized before given to students and after each use
Social distancing is highly recommended.
Other policies may be enacted for specific programs as needs arise.
